Just do it

When Nike first came out with that marketing phrase I kept asking “Do what”?  What is it that I am supposed to do?  I didn’t get any reply from Nike or the people wearing these shirts who I frightened by yelling these questions at them.

Subsequently I found something to do.

We all swim in a sea of human behavior everyday.  I love human inter-action because of what it is.  An opportunity to connect.  This is the main reason why I quit my network marketing business.  I didn’t like the fact that these connections had been degraded by my hope for profit or passive income.  Inter-acting stopped feeling sincere.  Proselytizing is proselytizing and I’m not a fan.  If people feel your joy and passion then they will ask you about it.  I think it’s that simple because that has been my experience.

Be the flame.  Not the moth.

Whatever it is that you do, just do it because it’s right and not because you’re told to by your religion, government or boss or feel that you have to.  I’m still taking my own advice on this one.  Honestly, I can say that this makes for a more joyful life.

I always ask the same question when I see that phrase on someone’s thirt etc. Currently I have another question when I see Ford cars “Focus”, which is: “Focus on EXACTELY what?”
Aparently we are supposed to stay focused in order to keep the sanity flowing, but at times I wonder…. hence the question.

Love to read your posts and I’m sorry for not commenting more regularly, it’s just my life is a happyCrappylife at the moment… and time is something I know nothing about.
