Debt Crisis

This is ridiculous already!!!

I cannot watch the news anymore and have de-activated my Facebook account due to all of the unrest and pop-opinion politics.  After studying the banking systems, government and how credit is created for 13 years I feel it important to inform as best as I can.  I don’t have all of the answers but I do get what’s going on to a certain degree.  I present the following with love and the best intentions:

Ask yourself this:  Who owes what to whom?

One thing people have a hard time wrapping their heads around is that the banks do not loan you anything.  I repeat:  The banks do not loan anything.  They call it a loan but it is most certainly not!!!  They present securities; pieces of paper with a number amount on it.  When you sign this securities document the asset is created.  You, as a signatory create the credit.  It is your signature that orders the credit into existence.  It is that simple.

Here is the bait and switch:

The banks holds the security (positive) that YOU have created in trust.  You are supposed to be the beneficiary of that trust but instead you receive the “credit” (negative).  It is actually a debit.  The negative and the positive balance to cancel each other out.  There is no money (labor) owed.  The currency exists because you say so and the banks know this.  It’s a game and a trick of accounting.

What happens when you go to work to pay back what you thought was a loan is simple; you are willingly working to pay the bank double plus interest.  REMEMBER… the bank has the security which is the asset or money or balance.  The bank has already been paid via the security.  You work to pay back something that is already paid for.

The global game of the World Bank and Governments is the exact process at a different level.  The Government pledges the labor of the people in order to receive “credit” (debit)  that is issued by the pledge.  The World Bank does not loan anything of value.  It simply creates a negative to the positive.  The books already balance.  I understand this may be hard to wrap your head around but it is what has been going on since 1913.  It is definitely worth attempting to understand.

The truth is that there is no actual debt.  The people were duped into giving up real assets (labor, property, collateral and signature) for an entry into a computer or leger book.  Something for nothing.  Why do you think the banks have all of the money and people are struggling?  The system was rigged.

What can we do about it?

Research and educate your self before you get mad, react or act.  Please.  One thing that I suggest that everyone test out is the following:

If you have a “loan”, send the CFO (chief financial officer) of the bank a letter asking for an affidavit, sworn under oath of penalty of perjury and full commercial liability verifying the debt.  Ask the bank to show you where it took a loss in its books.

These are simple questions that should have simple answers.  They will not however,  swear an affidavit verifying the debt nor will they show you the books.  The reason for this is simple; no loss was taken on the banks books as they hold the plus.  The bank actually gained the monetary value the moment that YOUR SIGNATURE touched the security.  No one in there right mind would attest to verifying a non-existent debt because they would be financially on the hook for the fraud.

I say fraud loosely because this form of banking has been “legal” since 1913.  Lawful is a whole different story.

What I was told by one of the higher ups in TD CANADA TRUST was that the bank only takes a perceived loss when you default or stop paying them.  This is because they literally project “future income” based on your willingness to continue working for them.  It is like a bet that you won’t know what is really going on and will keep placing value in the form of currency backed by your labor into their business.

Now you know.  Have a good day:)

If you have any questions or actually give a shit about stuff like this then feel free to ask me any questions…

Commentary on my commentary

I have learned  a few things about myself over this past week.

For starters, I enjoy commenting on social phenomena:)

Further, I see now that my blog is privy to my emotional states.  My frustrations, the things I find amusing, insights about life and so on have the potential of making their way onto this platform.

I started the social commentary full of frustration.  I recently de-activated my Facebook account because I was becoming irritated by what I call “pass around activism”.  What I mean is simple.  I can feel when people are not thinking.  It is a super power of sorts.  Re-posting just to be a part of something isn’t movement.  We need dialog.  Just not on Facebook.  I just feel that Facebook activism is one slight step above locking myself in a room to play on-line warcraft with other dudes also locked in their room playing on-line war craft.  It’s like being active without leaving the comfort of your shitty, stinky sweats.  Later, I realized that these re-posts could be the beginning of a necessary dialog.  Hey… we are usually groggy when we wake up yes?  Regardless, Facebook can kiss my ass.  I’m going to continue my journey with my people eye to eye…  besides my blog of course.

In the end, it all comes back to love for me.  Admittedly, I have a desire from time to time of exploding the entire reality as we know it to pieces.  I thank God every day that I do not have access to the button that would enable that.  If that were the case then the person in the car in front of me could trigger a global catastrophe simply by being old and slow.

I named this site love, art & fear because I believe these are the states we are in as humans.  Love, when we open ourselves, share, have compassion, think of others in kindness and bless those around us.  Fear, when we cut ourselves off from others, ignore what must be addressed, act selfishly and curse the world.

Art is everything in between.

More Social Commentary

I can’t stand when bloggers post social commentary.  The internet has given rise to the ‘every ones opinion matters’ movement.  That being said, here are more of my opinions:)

I took this photo at the Occupy Winnipeg event:

These Occupy the world events are born out of frustration and that frustration turns to anger.  I witnessed the anger of many people who stood up to speak.  Some of those people were focused on love and reminding everyone present of the power we all possess within our own hearts.  Most of the people present were embodying victim consciousness and demanding change.  Like teenagers thinking the parents rules are unfair and wanting to move out but having nowhere to go.  It’s frustrating.  I get that.

A friend of mine stood up to remind the crowd that the real movement is about love and that we cannot solve anger with anger, hate with hate or victim consciousness by demanding that those who we willingly gave our power to give it back.  We will not solve the problem on the same level of its creation.  Fear begets fear.  Love blows fear out of the water.

The moment that my attitude changed about this movement was when the little girl in the photo stood beside me.  I asked her if I could take her picture while the tears welled up in the side of my eyes.  She just smiled and held up her sign.  I realize that it is the parents that brought the children there and that no child would use the word “solidarity” in a speech but the children present reminded me what it is all about…

Love and play.  Creativity.  Truth.  Fairness and balance.

Afterall, we are just children here.  Most of us are feeling the effects of what happens when we allow bullies to take over the sandbox and hoard all of the toys.  Well, that’s no fucking fun!!!  We all know something is off in this world and needs to change.  We are all seeking love and I suggest that we stop that seeking.  It is the very seeking that keeps us from the experience of love and more importantly we need to seek the source of love.  I can tell you first hand that when you realize (make real) that the source of love dwells within you, what would you seek for?

Admittedly, my fear in these ‘occupy’ movements is that it is mass psychology and we all know the lessons of mob rule.  The masses or as I like to say, them asses, are awake and they are pissed off.  Angry people like to smash things.  Deep breaths everyone.  Count to 10.  We are in need of clear minded decisions at this point in history.

Yes, things must change but that is a movement that happens in each individual and it has to come from a place of compassion.

We are currently living out what happens when we allow others to represent us.  Representatives who we thought had our best interests at heart.  Demanding anything of value from them is useless because all of the value and power is inside each of us from the source of all life everywhere.

Jesus said it perfectly.  Be like children.  Not childish, not spoiled brats demanding stuff but curious, loving, exploratory, playful and creative.

Occupy that.

Social Commentary Day 2

This was created by Vahram G. Diehl from http://www.occupyyourbrain.com/introduction/

Someone asked me what my thoughts were on the occupy wall street movement and honestly, I just laughed.  They kept pressing for an answer so here is what I said…

Demanding rights and freedoms means that you do not believe that you have those rights and freedoms.  Protesting change to come from a supposed authority gives more power to that supposed authority.  Choose to occupy your own mind, heart and space.  Change happens from you.  Change happens from love.  These movements tend to attract angry people who feel helpless in the world.  They know something is not right but haven’t taken the time to get into the nuts and bolts of the system.  The system was set up for the people and yelling “tear down the system” is going to take away the very thing put in place FOR YOU.  Yes, it has become corrupt but who pray tell are you demanding reform from?  Those who corrupted it?
