Dear America

As life progresses, it becomes clearer and clearer that it was not God that you trusted.  Yes, you are the capital of bible belts and the ‘church on Sunday/asshole for the rest of the week’ attitude but you missed something important…

Trusting God.

You put most of your faith in patriotism, which has little to do with Christian actions and more to do with a nationalistic false identity that self-proclaims you as the chosen few.  You put your faith in the government of man and his manipulative banking systems.  Most are still unaware that the federal reserve is part of a private banking cartel that could care a less about the ‘chattel’ that is everyday people.  You began the pursuit of happiness but only if it is self-exalting and ends with a collection of shiny toys or dominance over others.

In the end, your empire crumbles.  Not because it is a natural cycle but because of misplaced faith, a lacking desire to truly understand and keeping your head in the sand while those you think you elect are supposed to be out for the best interest of all.  You still believe that a new president or change from democratic to republican back to democrat will fix your problems for you.  This is a lie.

The truth is that you trust no one now and you’re afraid of losing your toys.  Those courageous humans that founded the vision for this country must be rolling in their graves.

Economies that are fueled by human greed and fear produced terrible fumes.

If you have but a mustard seed left of faith, start letting go of your legalistic, dogmatic, patriotic lies that have defined you and allow God back in, then you will begin to witness real change.  Not the change that a puppet black president failed to provide but the change that happens when people, honest people, begin working and living for one another from a place of love, service and vulnerability.  This is the trust that recognizes where we are at now and knows without a doubt that the one who created the whole show can use it all for the greatest good.

If we just let go of these limiting identities.
